Cleaning
& Scraping Assembly:
- Belt
Scrapers: Spring-loaded Teflon or
carbon blades continuously scrape residual resin off the outer belt
surfaces.
- Felt
Wiper Bars: Silicone-oil-soaked
cleaning wipers remove dust, lint, and chemical deposits.
Cooling
& Exit Area:
- Exhaust
fans or cold-air blowers cool the fused panels immediately after the
pressure rollers, preventing "strike-back" (glue transferring to
other panels upon stacking).
