Automated Orientation & Alignment:
Loose stones (jarkan/hotfix crystals) poured onto the perforated design plate are agitated using controlled horizontal or circular vibration.
As the tray vibrates, the heavier faceted tops slide, forcing stones to drop into the laser-cut template holes with their flat, glue-coated bottoms facing upward.
High-Speed Sweeping/Brushing:
Built-in soft sweeping bars, felt brushes, or vacuum suction scrapers sweep excess stones across the plate, quickly filling unfilled cavities and clearing leftover stones into collection troughs.
Template Transfer Prep:
Once every hole is filled face-down, hotfix transfer tape (silicone/mylar transfer sheet) is applied directly over the tray. The adhesive lifts the stones in the exact motif, ready for heat pressing or direct fabric gumming.
