Sublimation Paper Heat Transfer fusing machine

A heat transfer fusing machine (often configured as a continuous belt press, rotary calender, or flatbed pneumatic press) performs the dual role of heat-transfer printing and fusible adhesive bonding across textiles, apparel, and packaging.

Key Functions

  1. Simultaneous Heat & Pressure Delivery

    • Delivers controlled, multi-zone thermal energy while applying mechanical or pneumatic pressure to activate adhesives or gasify dye molecules.

  2. Adhesive Melting & Fiber Penetration

    • Liquefies hot-melt thermoplastic resins (Polyamide, Polyester, EVA, Polyurethane) and drives them deep into the fabric weave for permanent mechanical bonding.

  3. Sublimation Ink Fixation

    • Raises dye sublimation inks past their vaporization point (typically 190°C–210°C) so the gaseous dye chemically bonds with synthetic polymer fibers.

  4. Uniform Transit & Dwell Time Control

    • Uses variable-speed conveyor belts or rotating drums to ensure every square inch receives the exact duration of exposure required, preventing scorching or under-curing.

  5. Anti-Stick Conveyance & Cleaning

    • Features seamless Teflon-coated or Nomex belts paired with silicone scrapers/wipers to prevent melted glue or ink from redepositing on subsequent fabric panels.

  6. Post-Fusing Cooling & Setting

    • Built-in air blowers, suction fans, or chill rollers cool the materials immediately upon exiting the heated zone to set the adhesive bond, stabilize fabric dimensions, and prevent curling.
