Sublimation Ink Fixation
Raises dye sublimation inks past their vaporization point (typically 190°Cā210°C) so the gaseous dye chemically bonds with synthetic polymer fibers.
Uniform Transit & Dwell Time Control
Uses variable-speed conveyor belts or rotating drums to ensure every square inch receives the exact duration of exposure required, preventing scorching or under-curing.
Anti-Stick Conveyance & Cleaning
Features seamless Teflon-coated or Nomex belts paired with silicone scrapers/wipers to prevent melted glue or ink from redepositing on subsequent fabric panels.
Post-Fusing Cooling & Setting
Built-in air blowers, suction fans, or chill rollers cool the materials immediately upon exiting the heated zone to set the adhesive bond, stabilize fabric dimensions, and prevent curling.
