About Us: -
Sunrise Industries manufacture various types of garment and
textiles machinery, such as Fusing Machines, Automatic Paperless Machines,
Jarkan Shaking Machines, and Jarkan Gumming Machines. We specialize in
manufacturing a wide range of machines for the textile and Hot fix industry.
One of our innovative machines is called the Val Sequence
Machine. This machine is designed to convert embroidery Val (Satari) work,
especially Val and sequence embroidery, into a rolled sequence form. In simple
terms, it helps transform the embroidery material into a sequence-like coil or
tube shape.
The process of
converting Val to Sequence (or vice versa) typically refers to two distinct
industrial functions depending on whether you are working with the raw material
(sequin film) or the finished fabric (post-embroidery).In the context of the
Surat textile market, this usually refers to the Val Curing or Finishing
process, which transforms flat sequins into a dimensional, pipe-like
"Val" effect.
1. The "Val
Curing" Function (Fabric Level) When a fabric has already been embroidered
with flat sequins (sequences), it often lacks the "3D" or
"raised" look popular in heavy ethnic wear like sarees and lehengas.
The machine used here is often called a Val Curing Machine.
Function: It uses
heat and pressure to "curl" or "convert" the flat sequins
already stitched on the fabric into a tubular or cup shape, known locally as
Val or Satari.
How it works: The
embroidered fabric is passed through a heated chamber (180°C to 220°C) and
specialized rollers. The heat causes the plastic sequence material to shrink
and curve, giving the embroidery a much thicker, more premium appearance.
Result: The
fabric looks more "hand-worked" and catches light from multiple
angles compared to flat sequins.
Key Function: -
The machine is used on garments, sarees, and other fabrics
that already have embroidery work with Val or sequence materials. When the
embroidered fabric is processed through the Val Sequence Machine, the attached
material is converted into a rolled sequence form, which enhances its
appearance and finish.
The main feature of this machine is its heating system. It
is equipped with nine heaters that provide the required heat to curl and shape
the sequence material properly. The heating process is the key reason why the
machine can effectively create the desired sequence effect.
Additionally, the machine offers flexible heater control.
Depending on the production requirement, operators can use all nine heaters or
switch off three heaters and operate with six heaters only. This feature helps
optimize power consumption and provides better control over the production
process.
This advanced design makes the Val Sequence Machine
efficient, user-friendly, and suitable for various embroidery work design
applications.
