Fast and simple process of Converting Sequence into Val or Pipe.

In garment manufacturing and fabric processing, a 9-Heater Fusing Machine is a specialized piece of equipment used to bond two or more layers of fabric together—typically an outer garment fabric and a resin-coated interlining (like interfacing).

The primary function of the heater array (specifically the 9 distinct heating elements) is to provide precise, uniform, and controllable thermal energy to melt and activate the thermoplastic adhesive resin on the interlining.

The 9 heaters collectively serve several critical functions:

1. Progressive Heating (Zoned Temperature Control)

In a continuous fusing machine, the fabric passes through a heating chamber on a conveyor belt. Rather than blasting the delicate fabric with sudden, intense heat—which causes fabric shrinkage, warping, or damage—the 9 heaters are organized into sequential zones:

  • Preheating Zone: The first set of heaters gently raises the temperature of the fabric and interlining, stabilizing the material and preventing sudden thermal shock or shrinkage.

  • Fusing Zone: The core heaters elevate the temperature to the precise melting point of the specific adhesive resin being used.

  • Soaking/Maintaining Zone: The final heaters ensure the heat penetrates completely through all fabric layers so that the resin is entirely liquified right before the fabric hits the pressure rollers.

2. High-Volume Heat Retention

Because industrial machines run continuously, a constant stream of cold fabric passes through the heating chamber, which naturally draws heat out of the system. Having 9 distinct heaters provides a high thermal mass and rapid recovery time. It ensures the machine maintains its target temperature perfectly without dropping, allowing for high-speed, continuous mass production.

3. Uniform Heat Distribution

If heat is unevenly distributed across the width of the conveyor belt, the fabric will experience "strikethrough" (resin leaking through to the front of the garment) in hot spots, or "unfused patches" (peeling) in cold spots. The multi-heater design ensures that the thermal energy is perfectly consistent from the left edge of the belt to the right edge.
