Hotfix Rhinestone & Diamond Fixing fusing machine

A 9-heater fabric fusing machine (often a continuous or roll-to-roll belt fusing machine) is used in garment manufacturing and textile processing to bond interlinings, adhesives, or foils to fabric under uniform heat and pressure. The 9 heating elements provide a wider heating zone and precise temperature gradation across the chamber, preventing thermal shock and ensuring strong, wrinkle-free bonding.

Primary Applications

  • Garment Interlining & Reinforcement: Bonds fusible interlining to outer shell fabrics for structural components such as shirt collars, cuffs, jacket lapels, waistbands, pocket flaps, and suit front panels.

  • Continuous Roll-to-Roll Fusing: Fuses continuous lengths of fabric or large-width materials (commonly up to 1600 mm) in bulk production without stopping.

  • Heat Transfer & Sublimation: Transfers prints, logos, foil stamping, and heat-seal stickers onto fabrics with consistent thermal distribution.

  • Rhinestone & Motif Fixing: Secures hotfix rhinestones, studs, and decorative patches onto sarees, dresses, and ethnic wear.

Why 9 Heaters Matter

FeatureProduction Advantage
Multi-Zone Temperature ControlEnables gradual pre-heating, peak melting, and controlled bonding, which prevents fabric scorching or resin burning.
Uniform Heat DistributionEliminates hot or cold spots across wide working belts (up to 1600 mm), ensuring consistent adhesive activation.
High-Speed Continuous FeedingMaintains stable internal heat even during rapid, uninterrupted feeding of heavy or layered fabrics.
