A Jarkan shaking machine (also known as a rhinestone shaking machine or Jarkan Chavno) is specialized equipment used in the textile, apparel, and embellishment industries to automate the rapid sorting, alignment, and placement of decorative stones, rhinestones, nailheads, and studs into design templates.
Template Placement: An acrylic or metal stencil perforated with the desired motif/pattern is clamped onto the machine’s flatbed.
Vibratory Agitation (Shaking):Loose jarkan stones or rhinestones are dumped onto the template.The machine uses an automated vibrating/oscillating motion to sweep the stones across the surface.
Orientation & Hole-Filling:The vibration causes the faceted stones to naturally settle facet-up into each precision hole of the stencil.
Auto Collection of Excess Stones:Once all holes are filled, the machine tilts or utilizes an automated rise/decline sweep to drop excess loose stones into a collection tray for reuse.
Transfer Tape Application:A heat-resistant transfer tape (hot-fix sheet) is pressed over the filled stencil to lift the aligned stone pattern, making it ready for heat-press application onto garments.
